Beat the Heat this Summer
Summer is the season when you have to take special care of your skin. You may be surprised that your skin which looked radiant in winters,it looks dull,blemished and Oily in Summer. This is because in summers the natural oils flows freely in the skin.it's estimated that 90% of wrinkles cause due to sun exposure. To prevent wrinkles due to sun-rays stay out of the sun,especially between 10 a.m. To 4 p.m. And wear protective clothing and plenty of sunscreen. Apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before stepping outside. Sunscreen should always be reapplied after 2-3 hours.
Do
not wear shoes and closed footwear in summers. Wear strappy,low
heeled sandles or some flats. Wear a footwear that will allow air
circulation and which are comfortable.
Keep a Water bottle handy always.
Wash
your skin twice daily with a mild face wash. Sometimes, one should
also splash plain water on their skin.
And
no heavy make-up please as it blocks the pores, leading to more acne.
Wear
a scarf when out in sun, use dark rimmed sunglasses which cover more
of your face, carry an umbrella and wear loose cotton clothes
Have
a Sunny & Shiny Summer.
